Keke Palmer rolls around in wheelchair after energetic performance during Usher tribute at BET Awards in LA
Keke Palmer was spotted rolling around in a wheelchair on Monday after performing during a special tribute at the BET Awards in Los Angeles.
The 30-year-old singer and actress wore a black hoodie, blue sweatpants and white Nike sneakers while sitting in a wheelchair with a large bag on her lap.
Keke wore glasses and had her dark hair straight down while out and about in Los Angeles after performing on Sunday at the Peacock Theater during a tribute to Usher, 45, in honor of his BET Lifetime Achievement Award.
She also was seen walking around in her casual outfit.
Keke was joined by other stars such as Teyana Taylor, Chloe Bailey, Tinashe and Coco Jones as they belted out a mashup of tracks spanning Usher’s music career.
The former Nickelodeon star showcased her sculpted midriff while taking to the stage to sing the 1997 song You Make Me Wanna.
She sported baggy jeans that she later dropped to perform in studded white bottoms while sporting an Atlanta Braves baseball cap in a nod to Usher’s connection with the city.
She lifted her hands up into the air as the bright stage light shone down on her, causing the audience to erupt into applause.
Moments before, the beauty also joined Childish Gambino as he sang Usher’s 2001 song, You Don’t Have To Call.
Keke later returned to the stage and energetically danced while closing out the tribute mashup with Latto, Chloe, Tinashe, Coco, Summer Walker and Marsha Ambrosiuis.
