Taylor Swift suffers wardrobe malfunction mid-concert in Sweden as her mic pack seemingly gets tangled under her stage costume – as fans joke: ‘It’s the Errors Tour’
Taylor Swift proved she’s a total pro as she patiently worked through a technical issue during her Eras Tour concert in Stockholm, Sweden over the weekend.
It happened during the 34-year-old megastar’s third sold-out show at the Friends Arena on Sunday night.
In a TikTok video, Swift could be seen fiddling with the back of her royal blue wrap dress — where her mic pack would be — while holding her guitar in one hand.
After trying to fix it herself for several seconds, Swift politely told the audience: ‘Talk amongst yourselves,’ before walking away from her standing mic.
She then sat down at a piano located at the edge of the stage, where she unfastened her dress, revealing a sparkly bra top and black shorts.
A member of Swift’s crew then ran out on stage to help the Anti-Hero singer.
They messed with a piece of equipment that was attached to the back of Swift’s shorts. To Swift’s relied, the issue was fixed just moments later.
The crowd cheered as the multi-Grammy Award-winner wrapped her dress back up and resumed the performance.
Fans theorized that the ‘lead on Swift’s mic came loose’ after getting snagged on or pulled by her costume, resulting in ‘sound issues.’
Others thought it was the battery pack for her in-ears — which allows her to hear herself while singing — and that she was trying to reach the correct buttons.
Either way, fans were quick to applaud Swift for trying to tackle the problem herself.
‘Most performers would stand there waiting for tech to show up. She attempted to fix it on her own. She’s such a pro,’ one TikTok user wrote.
Another gushed that Swift handled the situation with ‘such grace.’
Some of her devout Swifties took the opportunity to poke fun at the singer, who has dealt with several minor stage mishaps since embarking on her Eras Tour in March 2023.
‘The Errors Tour,’ one fan teased, with another adding: ‘Would it be the eras tour without an error lol’
