The O.C. fans go wild as it’s revealed the show’s bad boy Logan Marshall-Green will star in And Just Like That – as he’s spotted filming with Sarah Jessica Parker
Sarah Jessica Parker was pictured on the set for And Just Like That this week with her new co-star Logan Marshall-Green.
The third season of the Max hit series will air next year, with the actor, 47, signing on for a reoccurring role.
And The O.C. fans have been going wild since it was revealed Logan is joining the cast after falling in love with his bad boy character Trey Atwood in the popular series.
He played Trey – the brother of main character Ryan Attwood (Ben McKenzie) – in the US drama that also starred Mischa Barton.
After Logan was seen on set fans took to Twitter to share their excitement as they penned posts such as: ‘Oh my word, my heart!!!’, ‘Exciting!’.
In And Just Like That, Sarah reprises he role as wealthy widow Carrie Bradshaw, who’s love life is once again in turmoil after her fiancé Aidan Shaw (John Corbett) asked for a break.
The details of Logan’s character are currently unknown, and it’s unclear if he will be a potential love interest for Carrie considering she was also spotted dining with new recurring guest star Jonathan Cake.
South Carolina-born Logan is best-known for his roles as Ryan’s bad boy brother Trey in The O.C. and Dean Bendis in U.S. TV show Dark Blue.
Viewers may also know him from Spider-Man: Homecoming, Prometheus and his most recent TV series Big Sky.
He has long been compared to British star Tom Hardy and has acknowledged the similarities between them, but pointed out he actually has a twin-brother called Taylor.
He told Elle.com: ‘I’d be honoured to be in the same sentence as Tom Hardy. I’ve been a twin since the day I was born – fraternal, but we look a lot alike – so I’ve already been mixed up with another man my entire life.’
On Monday, Sarah dressed in a nude long-sleeve Donna Karan New York top, Maison Margiela denim skirt, and Maison Margiela white Mary Janes selected by costume designers Molly Rogers and Danny Santiago.
